If you change your mind about your course purchase, you can apply for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you haven't accessed your course material. Please note that you are no longer eligible if you have logged in and accessed any course content or material or communicated with any course tutors.
If you have been unable to access course materials an application for a full refund can be made through a support ticket request. Please note we will only consider refunds in cases where you have been unable to access course content or there are issues with content where it can be proven to be the fault of the Health and Education Co-operative platform.
